Adam Wallace began his Chen Taijiquan studies with Master Michael Tse (student of Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang, the current standard-bearer) in England in 1990. Following his arrival in the U.S. in 1992, he continued with Master Ren Guang-Yi, founder of the International Chen Style Taijiquan Association, and also a student of Grandmaster Chen. He progressed to become one of Master Ren's top students and, upon his teacher's request to begin teaching and promoting Taijiquan in 1997, began classes the following year. He now continues with his studies under his first teacher, Master Michael Tse.

Adam has won first place for form in U.S. competition (New York 1994) and Silver Medal in China (Wenxian 1998), and trained with his teacher in Chen village prior to competition. He has written numerous distinctive articles on Chen Taijiquan principles, training, and history in publications such as Qi Magazine, Journal of Asian Martial Arts, Black Belt, and Inside Kung Fu, among others.

Adam teaches on-going classes and has taught courses in New York's top health clubs. He is also available for private lessons and seminars.
