BALANCING GONG: A set of simple movements for the spine, back, and neck which improve flexibility, circulation, and balance. HEALTHY LIVING GONG: Three sets of exercises for health and self-healing. Part 1 for health, relaxation, and flexibility; Part 2 for co-ordination and fitness; and Part 3 for internal strength. Exercises are progressive and varied, and quite challenging yet immensely enjoyable. DAYAN GONG 1ST 64 (MOVEMENTS): Deals with Postnatal Qi and heals injuries and illnesses acquired since birth. DAYAN GONG 2ND 64: Longer than the 1st 64 and with stronger energy, it deals with Prenatal Qi and heals inherited problems. SWIMMING DRAGON: A dynamic form which develops the kidneys and spine, trains balance and develops the brain and 'potential'. DAYAN FIST: Contains a hint of martial arts and creates stronger energy to withstand the elements. COTTON PALM: Involves walking the Taiji circle and releases poisons from the bones through slapping the acupuncture points and channels. TWINING HANDS BAGUA QIGONG: For releasing stagnant energy from the liver and stimulating blood circulation. Also improves eyesight and gathers Qi from eight directions. JADE PILLAR: Benefits the back and spine. TRIPLE CROSSING SPIRAL GONG: Releases toxins from the body, smoothes the nerves, balances both sides of the body and brain, and develops spiral Qi transmission. PLUM BLOSSOM GONG: A very spiritual form which strongly connects with heaven and earth. Opens the 3 Dantians, and 5 special points. Good for headaches. FIVE ELEMENT HEALING GONG: Short form using rubbing, patting and transmitting Qi to smooth the channels. EIGHT PULLING WAIST GONG: For stomach and waist. Good for slimming and releasing stagnant Qi from the reproductive organs. 7 STAR OPENING GONG: Relates to Big Dipper constellation and North Star. Benefits the joints and kidneys and balances the heart and lungs. LONG VISION DAN GONG: Develops the 'Sky-Eye' potential.
